Purposes of Personal Information Collection

Your personal information collected by or held by 50+ Exercise Buddy include your name, contact details, address, your image or voice by whatever means and your health information. 

50+ Exercise Buddy may be used the personal data for the purposes of: 

• To approve, evaluate, administer or process your application or participation of various programmes or activities
• To provide you with services, facilities or goods you subscribed or needed
• To respond or to follow up on your enquiries
• To process billing, payments or sales orders
• To conduct customer surveys
• To conduct research and perform statistical analysis
• To enable you to better understand your exercise needs or participation
• To provide you with health exercise or diet tips from time to time
• To notify you if there are any changes to our services or activities
• To develop new products or services
• To conduct direct marketing activities (including making appeals for non-profit organisations that may or may not be related to 50+ Exercise Buddy)

Please note that you are required to provide your personal information (except those items indicated as optional). We may not be able to provide you with services, facilities or goods you require if you fail to provide us the required personal data.

Transfer of Personal Data

50+ Exercise Buddy may transfer any of personal information to the other third parties:

• Related companies, including subsidiaries and affiliated companies within or outside Hong Kong
• Service providers or business partners associated with 50+ Exercise Buddy within or outside Hong Kong
• Entities for conducting research and preparing statistics relating to any of the purposes mentioned above

50+ Exercise Buddy will disclose data according to the requirement by regulatory authorities or in response to such requests by law enforcement agencies or other government and regulatory bodies.

Access and Correction of Personal Data

You have a right to request access to, and to correct, any of your personal information held by 50+ Exercise Buddy. Requests for access and/or correction of personal data, as well as withdrawal of consent, where applicable, should be emailed to 50+ Exercise Buddy at hello@exercisebuddy.fit 

Direct Marketing

50+ Exercise Buddy may use your name, contact number, email address, correspondence address and participated activities for direct marketing activities in related to fitness, health, nutrition, medical or lifestyle events, services or products, and making appeals for non-profit organisations.

If you wish to exclude your personal data from our direct marketing purposes, please email us at hello@exercisebuddy.fit along with your name and contact number.

• 進行直接營銷活動 (包括為可能與 50+ 有肌拍擋夥伴相關或無關的非營利組織提出呼籲)

請注意，你需要提供你的個人信息 (標明為可選項目的除外)。如果你未能向我們提供所需的個人數據，我們可能無法為你提供您需要的服務、設施或商品。

個人數據的轉移

50+ 有肌拍擋可能會將任何個人信息轉讓給其他第三方：

• 關連公司，包括香港境內外的附屬公司及聯屬公司
• 與香港境內或境外的 50+ 有肌拍擋相關的服務提供商或業務合作夥伴
• 進行與上述任何目的有關的研究和準備統計數據的實體

個人數據的查閱和更正

直銷

50+ 有肌拍擋可能會使用你的姓名、聯繫電話、電子郵件地址、通訊地址和參與的活動進行與健身、健康、營養、醫療或生活方式活動、服務或產品相關的直接營銷活動，並為非營利組織提出呼籲。
